during the registration dates and times

1.) First off, WELCOME!
2.) Please call 228.818.2849 and make an appointment.
3.) You will need to bring with you to your appointment the following:
* Student's Birth Certificate
* Student's 121 Form (Mississippi Immunization Compliance Form)
* Student's most Recent Report Card
* TWO Proofs of Residency
* Student's Social Security Card (optional)
* Custody Papers (if applicable)
